Looking for someone who has filed curb cuts. This is on a non-land marked street in Bed Stuy. Need a reasonable price. I believe all the criteria are met for a curb cut although I don’t know if the street is still zoned to allow one. Thanks!

  1. As far as i know, when looking to create a parking space in your front yard you are really planning to do two things: 1) cut the curb so that you can drive your car over the sidewalk to the front yard 2) create a parking space on your property. If the right distances from trees, street signs, hydrants etc are available, filing for a curb cut is not a big deal. On the other hand, adding a parking space on the property has to do with the DOB and you will likely have to obtain a new C/O for the building because you are adding a parking space. Keep us posted.
