Looking to do some renovations and will be doing enough work that we need to get a DOB permit (outside of plumbing and electrical). We’ll need to submit drawings as a part of the permit. Looking to do some renovations and will be doing enough work that we need to get a DOB permit (outside of plumbing and electrical). We’ll need to submit drawings as a part of the permit. Any recommendations on an appropriately priced source for this?
We’re not looking for construction management, design input, etc. Really just need someone to do drawings and help us submit.

I know of two architect expediters who are very willing to prepare simple schematics that will satisfy the DOB.
