Is the annual sprinler test still required?
The only way a test would be required every 6 months is if you have an interior fire alarm system. That would be performed by your fire alarm vendor. The monthly can performed by a super, landlord, etc. if they go down to metrotech and take the certificate of fitness test. You’ll still need a plumber or sprinkler vendor for the annual on the sprinkler.
biannual is twice a year. Just wondering who is requiring so much testing?
biennial is once every 2 years.
