Father in law is very keen to have a combined toilet and bidet in our main bathroom. We do not have space for a separate bidet. I have seen bidet attachments to toilets/toilet seat covers etc, but have not found a combined toilet/bidet. Do they exist and does anyone know where I can find one. Thanks

  1. I’m actually having a Toto washlet installed as part of my bathroom reno. Toto has a gallery in Soho – you can’t try one there but you can see all the models. I ended up purchasing a low-water Toto toilet for ~$300, and a compatible washlet for about $800.

  2. A hand held bathroom bidet sprayer is so much better than a stand alone bidet or bidet seat and this is why:1. It’s less expensive (potentially allot less) 2. You can install in yourself = no plumber expense 3. It works better by providing more control of where the water spray goes and a greater volume of water flow. 4. It requires no electricity and there are few things that can go wrong with it. 5. It doesn’t take up any more space, many bathrooms don’t have room for a stand alone bidet. 6. You don’t have to get up and move from the toilet to the bidet which can be rather awkward at times to say the least. 4. Hopefully this won’t show as a re-post but I seem to be having a problem posting.

We installed a Toto Neorest for a client a few years back and our clients love it. It has a remote that would rival most AV system remotes.

Here’s a picture of it installed:

…even more uncomfortable, over time we all gave it a whirl!
