475 Sterling Place

Anyone attend this open house? I went here earlier today and thought they had great use of space. Super huge windows that brought in lots of sunlight. What’s everyone take on this place? BTW it was depressing seeing the top floor, it was like 1800 SF HUGE but 900k :(.

Never realised how tough house hunting can be… 10 months or so in the process!
