hate to let everyone realize this but this temp c/o thing is happeining eveywhere in nyc and the buyers are getting creamed , the leson here is don’t buy new construction.
Why isn’t the city doing something about Radusky and his cronies?? obviously someone is on his payroll, has anyone else seen todays article in the NYT Sunday Aug. 28th.( Big Deal – Caught in the Twilight Zone)regarding the same thing he has done with the Spencer St Condos in Bed-Stuy????? and the developer in this article has the chutzpah to be quoted in the article as saying everything was done “proper”.!!!!?????? Who is to stop these people??? they should be required to refund all buyers monies with damages awarded, and the land should be confiscated, because of its use in commiting a crime, such as cars are with DWI’s. Shame on You Radusky! Shame on you Mendel Brach, Shame on you Moshe Oknin, Shame on you Moshe Roth, then again its been proven you have no shame, which is why SERIOUS steps need to be taken to stop you all.
Hey 15th Streeter:
Any idea what is going on just up the street from there — in the empty lot just uphill from the House with FAR up the WAZOO? A work crew came in last week and cleared out the brush and trees.
They’ve posted no permits – and doubt will respond to my asking to see them.
Call the police for what?? Are you saying they weren’t issued a legitimate permit?
They’ve just put up scaffolding around Delmonico’s – I’ve seen no work permits, so if they start bringing heavy equipment I’ll call the police.
The new zoning allows up to 12 stories on 4th Ave. Suntan while you can!
Does anybody know what the height limitations are for new construction condos or coops? I live on 12th St (brooklyn) almost on the corner of 4th Ave. and the developer Issac Katan is planning a big construction on 4th Ave from spanning 12th to 13th Street.
Thanks
