construction
Last we checked in at 220 Greene Avenue, the developer, Serguei Leontev (who paid $285,000 for the 20’x50′ lot last October), was trying to bounce back from a shoddy excavation that caused neighbors to call in the Fire Department and DOB. Since then, he’s been flying along, each cinderblock bringing him one step closer to the aesthetic masterpiece sure to bring pride to the entire neighborhood of Clinton Hill. Luckily for us, there’s a nice camera-sized hole in the plywood fence, the better to keep tabs on the work.

This just in: A little birdie informed us that this building will be sold as two duplex condos.

  1. some investment.

I am curious to see what happens with the building across from those crapo brick places on Lexington & Franklin. The building going up on the SW corner looks like it might be interesting.

  2. 20X50 lot!!! 2 duplex condos!!!

who will buy these shoddy bullshit tiny ugly falling-down one window FEDDERS house condos with no outdoor space between a salvage shop and a vacant lot with a bus stop in front?

and don’t say poor people because you know this Sergey character will list them for least 400K apiece.

    what an asshole.
