With the new pool also open, Toren’s shaping up to be quite the healthy building.

  1. i really like the look of this building, but right on flatbush is just so, i dunno, harsh, depressing, smelly, scary with kids. just bad. the Forte building which i actually think is horrible looking, is at least more attached to the fort greene neighborhood.

  2. This building is just plain hot. Complete departure from usual stuff out there. Look at west 30s/40’s manhattan
    signature product, LEED, trigeration. BK is lucky have to have this SOM building. Everything cant’ be brownstone! please!
