Gorgeous building. Havens is right.
I love the look of this building from a distance. I’ll have to check it out up close and personal, now that the scaffolding is down.
the building is fugly!
some debris once fell on my car from the construction of this thing while i was driving.
i really like the look of this building, but right on flatbush is just so, i dunno, harsh, depressing, smelly, scary with kids. just bad. the Forte building which i actually think is horrible looking, is at least more attached to the fort greene neighborhood.
This building is just plain hot. Complete departure from usual stuff out there. Look at west 30s/40’s manhattan
signature product, LEED, trigeration. BK is lucky have to have this SOM building. Everything cant’ be brownstone! please!
not a bad looking building at all.
