BuzzBuzzHome spotted plans for a three-story, 36-unit development at 25-27 23rd Street, between Astoria Boulevard and Hoyt Avenue South. The 23,906-square-foot building will span two lots —
the developer paid $999,500 for the two-family brick building at 25-27 23rd Street and $790,000 for the one-story garage at 25-17 23rd Street and then filed demolition permits in December. The LIC-based architects GKA Design Group filed a building application this month; it is now under review by the DOB.
