Is it just me or does justiNYC seams to go down a lot? It’s a hit or miss with that website.

That 9000 sq ft lot is part of The Mill Building condominium. It is (will be) a (pretty spectacular) gated garden for the building and in the front the entrance to the underground parking. The lot, that is part of the condominium has a light and air easement. There are no lot lined windows.
