Small Steps at 392 Atlantic

We were excited to see this building was finally being built at 392 Atlantic Avenue, since there’d been teases and false starts dating all the way back to 2007. A check with the Department of Buildings reveals there has been Stop Work Order issues for the last couple of years. The current hold-up is related to some overdue fines. When all’s said and done, it should be a four-story residential property.
