I don’t have any money to invest, and the idea can’t be protected, so here goes:
If I was going to build a budget-ish hotel to make money, how about on Staten Island within walking distance of the ferry terminal? The real estate would seem cheap, there’s transportation to Manhattan, and, well, it just seems like a great idea–No?
