41 Kosciuszko Street started moving in January of last year, but recently the development, which will have around 100 units, has seen some major momentum. Interior work is being completed, including work on the buildings on the Dekalb side of the project. We talked to someone on the site who told us the rental units would be a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedrooms and that it was expected to be finished in a couple of months. He also passed along a juicy little rumor that the huge tower at 31 Kosciuszko has been sold. (It looked like some minor work has been going on there.)
