Here it is: Queens’ tallest residential tower, set to rise at 42-12 28th Street. New York YIMBY spotted glassy renderings by the architect Goldstein, Hill, & West. This Court Square development will rise 646 feet, only twelve feet shorter than the iconic One Court Square tower. It’ll hold 477 units and 5,878 square feet of retail space. The ETA of the project, developed by Heatherwood Communities, is June of 2017.
