Nine Years Later, 15-Story Building in Flushing Cleared for Take-Off

We hope the owners of 36-18 Main Street in Flushing are a patient lot. It’s been more than nine years since they first filed plans to build a 15-story residential building on the 36,000-square-foot lot. Better late than never though: They finally received DOB approval at the end of June and work is now underway. The plan is for there to be 53 apartments. GMAP
