Recently a building permit was approved for a new three-family, three-story apartment building at 276 St. James Place in Clinton Hill. It will be interesting to see how this one fits in considering there are a beautiful row of brownstones to the left of the lot and an older apartment building to the right. It’s not in a historical district so the aesthetic is anybody’s guess. GMAP P*Shark DOB
Let’s hope they follow the relatively good track record of 2 (or is it 4) Lefferts Place on the corner of St. James and Lefferts Place, and 19 Lefferts Place, each of which are just a few houses away.
