Yep south facade is finished in grey and looks like a prison. What’s with those small horizontal windows? Perhaps these are for bathrooms which would be unheard of since they are rarely located on exterior walls. Anybody know if this is going rental like the sliver building directly across the street?
OMG, that is the finish look???
Do not like that gray color, even a reddish color would have looked better….
I just don’t like that the windows (on the south side)are not symetrical, or uniform (would be a better word).
FSRG;
My thoughts exactly. The finish on the south side is really rough, and it especially shows when the sun hits it at a certain angle.
The building is very nice from the front and the Carroll St side BUT to everyone south of it – the building is horrible – it essentially looks unfinished (but I believe it is finished)
I pass this every day, i do like the red bricks, the windows I am sort of OK with, not that bad.
At least there are no grills or fedders under every window, so that should count for something.
