Lately there’s been visible work under way on the building at 782 Myrtle Avenue, between Nostrand and Marcy. Plans for a six-story, 10-unit building with a community facility in the cellar have been in place since 2008. But last month a permit went through to submit different plans for the development under a new applicant….
Lately there’s been visible work under way on the building at 782 Myrtle Avenue, between Nostrand and Marcy. Plans for a six-story, 10-unit building with a community facility in the cellar have been in place since 2008. There’s a rendering on the architect’s website (http://www.zambranoarchitects.com/ > projects > residential > 782 Myrtle). I think the replacement on the plans is for the structural engineer only.
Anyone know what kind of building it’s going to be? Condo? Rental? Satmar? I’m hoping it’s at least not fugly like the new Satmar building down the street.
