We haven’t covered the construction of 110 Broadway here before, but this striped blue exterior looks new to us. The development, down the block from the Williamsburg Savings Bank, which is soon to be a banquet hall, will have 39 units. How do you like it? GMAP DOB

this thing has been stalled for ages – nothing happening with it.
To give an idea, they started building this before the building next to the Kings Savings Bank on Bedford, next to the bridge – and that’s been rented out for over a year now.
I wal by it everyday and see at most a few people walking in and out not really doing anything.

Tell me that blue is temporary.
Broadway is such a weird mix. All the great stuff Montrose has covered and a few Hasdic specials. This falls somewhere in the middle.
