Development Watch: 64 Bergen Street

After starting construction back in July, 64 Bergen hasn’t exactly flown up. So what lies in store here? According to DOB Permits, this “alteration” will add three floors of residential over a commercial ground floor. So far the brick going up and window configuration looks pretty inoffensive but it’ll be interesting to see how the whole thing turns out.
