Buildings like this look like they belong in the suburbs of Stalingrad, circa 1970. There really ought to be some minimum visual standards applied to all new construction in NYC.
The balconies look too small for sukkahs but I still would assume this is built for the Satmar Hasidic community. Location, appearance and large apartments are fairly typical.
Not that amazing when you consider the location and target market.
