This development is a sizable 12,000 square-feet considering its only filed for a one to two family house. But a tip from when we last checked on the building almost a year ago said an arts space was planned for the bottom floor. Wonder if that’s still the plan.

early one evening last week, a pimp had three prostitutes streetwalking on that block (in front of the Salvation Army)…it was just like old times (except, everyone looked a little too healthy…maybe a police sting?) I was with my two young kids, so I couldn’t stick around to see what was up.
Looks good.
Just looked at this block on google maps, having not walked down it for a few years (since Broken Angel). Looks like there has been some decent looking new development here since then.
