Although 307 Atlantic was recently hit with a partial SWO for doing “work contrary to approved drawing,” it appears to have gotten past the DOB’s slap on the wrists and reached its full height. The building will have 25 rentals.

  1. permit sez for building of 27thousand sq ft. Which would average 1000+ per apt. Maybe 1st floor is not residential though.
Yet bound to be some decent sized apts here – but I don’t think on Atlantic avenue here is where I would build family sized 3 bedroom apts.

  2. 25 rentals in that building seems too much. I guess it’s going to be just a bunch of small studios & 1 bedrooms.

Too bad developers don’t build for family size units – meaning 3+ bedrooms & >1500 sf with >10′ ceilings.

  3. So far, it looks fine. And it will probably continue to look fine. Actually, even though an earlier thread said the architect liked “contextual” building… i’d sorta prefer something more fun. Like a green ceramic tile finish. But i’ll probably just be a boring ol’ building.
