We hadn’t been to Home Depot in a while, which is when we usually get caught up on the progress at 31 Kosciusko Street in Bed Stuy, so we were excited to see that the entire building has all its windows in place. It’s going to be interesting to see what the demand is for this building. We suspect they may regret not having made a larger number of smaller units rather than just two per floor. It looks pretty nice, though, so we shall see.
