Since we last checked in a couple of months ago, the Stop Work Order was lifted at 28 Quincy Street and the two-family project got some windows. It’s looking like it could be a nice place. While I think Mr. B’s sense of fairness is almost beyond reproach, perhaps there’s something to what Crooklyn stated. I just hope this “project” looks better in person.
