Not far from the three new projects on Grand Avenue, this rather large (especially for the area) corner development is going to really transform the landscape on this otherwise low-slung stretch of Myrtle. As I heard, this is going to be about 30 residential units, 7000 sf of retail, and some underground parking. I haven’t heard anything about what store is coming, but if we’re lucky it’ll be a bowling alley! Sweet!
This will be good for the hood. This little pocket is going to be very interesting shortyly, despite the lack of legit public transportation (subway)

There was supposeta be a “(sigh)” in my previous but somehow it was editted out. I live right across the street (see name), so I’m curious about this project and its impact on that part of Myrtle as well…
