Up the road from the J Condo, the new development at 206 Front Street, aka The Vista, looks like it’s almost ready for prime time. Corcoran has ten units listed on its website, ranging in price from about $600 to $800 a foot. The best bang for your buck on paper from where we sit is Apartment 6C, which has 1,173 square feet and a balcony, and is listed for $774,180. Does anyone know when the first showing is? Any other chatter on the property?

I am a buyer as well and think it was a great deal.
The ceiling heights are 8′-0″ on the upper floors and coffered on some of the lower floors.

Figures, given all the other housing projects have those, too.
Enjoy the ghetto.
I just purchased an apt in this building. It seemed like the best place available with a view… parking… gym…
they changed it because it was part of the original offering plan. we disputed this and they said that they were changing it but we didn’t believe them.
Anon 10:33- I have also reviewed the offering plan for this building. Your statement that at the pre-closing you are “closing” without being delivered the apartment is not correct. There are certain documents that have to be signed at the pre-closing and certain fees that have to be paid (i.e. contribution to the condo association’s working capital fund), but I assure you, one does not actually “close” until the closing date.
I asked my attorney if it was ok to post his name here and he said he would prefer if I didn’t. He is very meticulous and reads every offering plan cover to cover. Many attorneys don’t bother to read. Other problems: they wanted you to do a pre-closing and you would be closing without being delivered the apartment. I own but was looking at this building and 75 Livingston for investment purposes.
Apt.6C looks like it got sold. It is no longer available on the Vista listings.
