Development Watch: 65 Ainslie Street
As Curbed Consruction MegaWatch: Burg’s Union Triangle [Curbed] GMAP P*Shark DOB
As Curbed documented a couple of weeks back, Union Avenue between Metropolitan Avenue and Grand Street in Williamsburg is a hive of building activity. 65 Ainslie Street, above, is just one of several large projects on this stretch. This one is a 47 unit development designed by, you guessed it, Karl Fischer. Behind it, at 385 Union, is a similarly-scaled project by Michael Muroff. These are pretty conveniently located near the L Train, so we suspect there will be people who will want to live, assuming they are priced at a reasonable discount to the waterfront developments in the neighborhood.

There were some really nice feral cats around there, back in the day.
great, spend lots of money to live between the heavy traffic of union, the clogged brooklyn-queens expressway and have your ‘luxury’ condo rattle from the g train running underfoot.
are people really buying this stuff?
no architectural renderings?
