Why are they building such large buildings so rapidly? And what do they plan on doind with the small 4-story apartment(495 Sterling PL) adjacent to the site?
We ‘re new residents on sterling place – I asked a worker about this site: 5 storey building with parking. There’s also a large empty lot directly across the street from here, but no news as to what that will become.
Must be 500 Sterling Place – 45 condo units. But what about the one at 470 Vanderbilt? Its 800 units and 850,000 square feet. Seems kinda big no? Both are at http://www.kfarchitect.com/
