When we wrote about the 15-unit Bricolage building going up at 118-122 Vanderbilt Avenue in Fort Greene four months ago, foundation work was underway but the contractor had already managed to rile neighbors with all sorts of unsafe activities. When we stopped by this morning a crane was delivering building materials to the fourth of seven floors. We’re curious to hear whether the workers have been on better behavior in recent months (though a Stop Work Order back in July suggests otherwise). While it’s still to early to pass verdict on the aesthetics of the exterior, we will give ole Radusky credit for at least designing the building so that the facade aligns with the two neighboring structures.
