City Point: June Edition

Construction of Phase 2 of City Point continues, and is focused on finishing excavation and pouring foundation walls for the five-story, 650,000-square-foot retail space. This base will support two residential towers (which will be the subject of future updates). Concrete foundation walls are being installed along the Fleet Street and Gold Street sides of the site, with work proceeding from south to north, towards Willoughby Street. Facilities for building mechanicals and off-street loading docks are also being installed underground.
