Checking In at One Fulton Square

Construction is chugging along at the Flushing mega project One Fulton Square. When the project wraps next year, it’ll include three levels and 330,000 square feet of retail space, a hotel, offices, and 43 residential condominiums. Over the summer, 21 of the condos already sold, thanks to an influx of Chinese buyers to the Flushing area.
