Gravesend.. yes! I do live at Boulevard East. We are in the G-line so face out over Boerum Place. I *love* living there so far! The neighborhood is fantastic, and it cannot be any more convenient… I do think there is one unit left for sale (I keep hearing all different rumors). Why did you miss out? Hesitating or decided not to buy?
