Action at Dumbo's 53 Bridge?

Recently, Dumbo has been a hotbed for development, but 53 Bridge—where the DOB ordered the removal of a five-story rooftop addition more than a year ago to bring the structure into zoning compliance—has been left in the dust. While the addition was in the process of being removed last May, its remains are still there. However, a permit approved last month allows for continued removal of the upper floors. Perhaps there’s hope for this one yet….
