Finally, some details about what’s coming to the Prospect-Lefferts Gardens site where a glassy condo was once planned: Crain’s reports that an unnamed Brooklyn developer has purchased 31 Lincoln Road and plans to build a 140-unit, affordable rental. It’s also supposed to have retail at its base and an underground garage. No word on how tall it’s going to be—the glass tower design was supposed to be 32 stories high—but construction is supposed to begin in late winter or spring.
