Affordable Burg Rental Rising Quickly

Only a few months ago the rental development at Kent and Broadway in Williamsburg, 11 Broadway, was barely starting to show steel. Now, as the reader who sent in the photo above notes, “these guys are kicking ass.” The 160-unit building will mostly consist of below-market-rate rentals. The development is going to be 11 stories high on top of a one-story base, so it looks like it’s a couple stories away from full height at this point.
