We noticed 305 McGuinness Blvd., now named Lofts 305, in Greenpoint is almost finished, but found almost no sales information online. Apparently, developer Bronsman Fischer Real Estate Holdings (Issac Hager gave this one up when the two went their separate ways) has just been waiting on the offering plan to be approved. The Developers Group project manager Leonard Chao, who is handling sales of the lofts, said sales should launch any day now. In the meantime, here’s a sneak peek at the interior of this five story loft designed by Karl Fischer to mimic a Greenpoint warehouse. Ceilings are up to 17 feet high and many of the lofts feature private terraces and mezzanines. How do you think this location will play?

  1. Greenpoint comes alive! Nice looking but bad location. I lived on McGuinness and India for 17 years and moved out many years ago. In addition to the noise, pollution and sewage plant, our house would shake when 18 wheelers went down the blvd. This one should have been built on Franklin or West St. PS. Does little pets(roaches)come with a purchase.

  2. They look nice, but why here? MickyG sucks- too many trucks and traffic right outside your door. You would never be able to open your windows without feeling like you are living on the BQE. I think there is a gas station across the street too, so you are guaranteed extra traffic & smell.

Plus this place is located right on the edge of GP residential. Cross McG to the east and you are heading into industrial wasteland with the main attraction: sewage plant.

This place would do so much better if located further west.
