Any neighbors out there? What’s the mood on the street?

The mood on the block is happy indeed. Though one month+ later, we realize they screwed up with sidewalks in front of the property when the sealed up the sewer demolition. As a result, they came back, filled in properly, and replaced the old slate sidewalks with poured concrete.
They are tearing down what was left standing after it suddenly collapsed over Labor Day weekend.
I moved off this block about 19 years ago and the block was complaining about that building then. I cannot believe they finally tore it down!
