Does anyone know what the pricing will be like?
Meltzer Mandl design ugly buildings. There isn’t much hope for this place.
It’s a double-edge sword for me. I live in the Armory next door, and this bldg is going to block my windows on one side of my apartment. But the sooner it gets done, the sooner I’ll have some peace and quiet (I work from home).
