Seen it in person, looks good. the block is very desolate so I would not worry about the privacy thing with the walls of glass though, the block I believe faces trees.,
I would feel uncomfortable living there, kind of showing off your wealth in the wrong place.

I wouldnt want to live in it (a bit too open – especially on the 1st floor) but it is a really attractive building IMHO

I like it but what the hell is that giant pole on top of it? It looks like a wind turbine.
