Work’s moving along at 26-16 Jackson Avenue, the 14-story residential build between 44th Drive and Purves Street. According to DOB documents, it’ll house 98 units. A sign on the construction fence says work will last until the fall of next year. The project architects are GF55 Partners, who designed this nearby residential build as well as the Foundry condo building. It’s hard to tell from the photograph, but the facade going up is a reddish brick. GMAP
This is a planned 80/20 rental building. I can’t imagine why it would take them another year to finish it, though.
