Err.. yeah, for this kind of awful architecture and that kind of price, I’d be better off in Manhattan.

It’s difficult to tell, but looks as though the finished building is 1 story shorter than the rendering?
I like the way this looks in person. Obviously will hear many say it’s out of context, but I don’t believe all new construction in Brownstone Brooklyn needs to look like Brownstones. I think the developer made a nice touch by trying to at least use the red color for the exterior.
