It’s a shame this House isn’t in the PLG Historic District. IIRC Theses houses on Winthrop near Flatbush were in the original proposed HD but were left out of the 1979 designation. The same thing happyto the houses on Parkside Avenue that were designated as the Melrose Parkside HD fairly recently, so maybe there’s hope.
