Located at 78-11 Main Street in Kew Gardens Hills, the building is close to buses, restaurants and other businesses on both Main Street and Union Turnpike. There are no train stations in the immediate vicinity, but the E and F at Briarwood-Van Wyck are about a 20-minute walk down Main Street.

The kitchen looks modern and has ample counter and cabinet space; it’s not an eat-in, but it’s adjacent to a sizable dining room currently also being used as a second living room. The living and dining rooms are separated by appealing French doors.

It’s a short walk from the L and M trains at Myrtle-Wyckoff, making it easily accessible to Williamsburg, Bushwick and Manhattan.

What you see may not be what you get: the listing notes that the unit is under construction and some of the photos are from a different unit, but doesn’t specify which. The apartment is available for rent October 1 and there’s an open house from 2-3:30 p.m. on August 22.

The kitchen is a good size but doesn’t have that much counter space. It looks like they added two cabinet desks for extra space which could be redesigned. Both of the bathrooms are full bath.

The ask is $840,000 with an estimated monthly mortgage of $3,256.85. There is an elevator in the building, laundry and storage in the basement, and a park-like garden between the buildings.

This area has a lot of great food, and this building is a quick walk away from all of it. There are multiple grocery stores, cafes, and shops to choose from too. The living room is spacious, and there is a separate area for dining plus a nice foyer when you first walk in. The bedroom seems like a good size and is painted a very light green color.

There is laundry and a gym in the building. There is also indoor parking and storage available. The ask is $275,000 with an estimated monthly mortgage of $1,066.23 plus $545 in fees.
