You could add interior floors but you’ll have to destroy the facade to get functional windows. Sad.
gowanusdog’s right. I seem to remember “mezzanine” floors being an important part of the floorplans.
I THINK they are planning to add interior floors. The ceilings are probably high enough to allow them to do so.
Be careful what you wish for. How is the developer cramming 37 condos into that building?
