Irondale & Scenes Present An Arab in My Mirror
February 1 – 11 (performances run Wednesday through Saturday, 8pm) Irondale and the French theater company, Scenes, team up to present the American premier of An Arab in My Mirror written by Riad Cahmi and Philippe Vincent, directed by Philippe Vincent. An Arab in My Mirror has been featured at the Rawabet Space in Cairo, Egypt and at The Centre Choregraphique National in France. The piece will be performed in French and English by a multi-national cast. Irondale Ensemble member Scarlet Maressa Rivera will be a featured actress in this production, in keeping with Mr. Vincent’s tradition of casting a local actress in each country where the play is performed. The Irondale Center is at 85 South Oxford St, Brooklyn, 2/3/4/5/R/Q/D/B to Atlantic/Pacific.

Brooklyn Flea + SmorgasBrewery
The Flea is indoors at beautiful Skylight One Hanson both Saturday and Sunday. And don’t forget about SmorgasBrewery, a mini-Smorgasburg featuring a rotating cast of five Flea/Smorg food vendors serving inside the Brewery’s Tasting Room on North 11th St. in Williamsburg on Sundays. The Flea runs from 10am to 5pm at Skylight One Hanson and SmorgasBrewery runs only Sunday from noon to 5pm.
