Weekend Family Programs for Labor Day
Come explore the wonders of the park with our playground associates who lead educational based activities. This week’s theme: LABOR DAY. Come celebrate the end of summer with us. We’ll make flags and other crafts to show some American pride! Sunday and Monday, 12:00pm – 2:00pm and 4:00pm – 6:00pm. Located at Main Street and Pier 6.

Free School Supplies at Habana Outpost’s Back to School Bash
Habana Outpost is helping Brooklyn kids and families prepare for the school year with our 5th annual Back to School Bash! Enjoy free events in our courtyard from 12-4pm on September 5th, 2011. Don’t miss our special musical guest Jeremy Plays Guitar performing a kiddie concert for tots of all ages from 1-2pm. Brooklyn Flea + Smorgasburg
On Saturday, the Flea is held at 176 Lafayette Ave. (between Clermont + Vanderbilt Avenues) in Fort Greene. On Sunday, the Flea will be at 27 North 6th Street (between Kent Avenue + East River). And on Saturday we also hold Smorgasburg, at the same Williamsburg location. Come join us – and all our food, antique, vintage and art vendors – this weekend. Flea: 10am to 5pm, Smorg: 9am to 5pm. Always free.
