DIBS, just open a coffee shop – that’s apparently the medium to get donations
I lost money in the stock market last week so I could use a bailout. What’s good for the goose…
As a neighbor of Voxpop, I agree with the 3 previous comments. If they can’t afford to even pay their taxes and need bailouts – what’s the point in asking for another handout and reopening?
Never been to Vox Pop, but based on the reviews they received when they were ROTD – I can’t really see why people keep bailing them out!!
Ya know, good for them (VoxPop) that they get so much community support, but when will they reach a point of self-sufficiency? How many fund-raisers are they gonna have? Geesh.
“Vox Pop, the first community owned cafe and is the model for future cafes and business”
So neglecting to pay your taxes and stiffing your vendors and staff is the model? I’ll keep that in mind.
