Celebrate Brooklyn! Benefit Concerts Presents TV on the Radio
Formed in 2001, this Brooklyn-based band musically spans through numerous diverse genres, from alternative rock and electro to free jazz and soul. City Council Debate
The Citizens Union will host a debate for the seven candidates for the 33rd district City Council seat. The candidates attending are: Isaac Abraham, Ken Baer, Doug Biviano, Ken Diamondstone, Steve Levin, JoAnne Simon, and Evan Thies. All are welcome. Waterfront Workouts with The Fitness Guru

The Secret Science Club at the Bell House
Tuesday night’s scientific lecture features the work of Dr. Susan Pell, a molecular plant scientist at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, who recently led an expedition to the Louisiade Archipelago near Papua New Guinea.
