I think this area is really cool in an industrial sort of way. Does anyone know of anything interesting that’s going on down there or is it all warehouses? I did see some artist group, I think it’s called SPARC (Sunset Park Artist R__ C__) not sure exactly what it’s all about.
Kinda looks like DUMBO did 10 yrs ago…
